Currently a member of the Data Science team with Cambridge Mobile Telematics, where my primary focus is in the development of crash and Claims products for current and future customers.

Completed my PhD from Stony Brook University (Dept. of biomedical informatics, Aug 2017-December 2020) where I have primarily focussed on improving variational(PDE) formulations of 3D reconstruction and 2D3D pose estimation using 2D and 3D vision based control frameworks. The geometric aspects of the work has applications in other areas like Medical imaging, Network Science etc.

I was a member of the Data Science Team at the vehicle telematics based startup-- Zendrive (2014-17, Bangalore, India), where I joined after graduating with M.Tech in Comp. Sc. from Indian Statistical Institute(2011-13, Kolkata, India). I finished my B.Tech in Comp. Sc. from West bengal university of Technology (2011, Kolkata, india). I have interned with Strand Life Sciences (summer 2012), Crypto unit ISI kolkata (summer 2013) in the past.

My professional and research interests are in technically challenging opportunities in Data-science, Scientific Computation and Applied Mathematics. I also like opporunity of designing large scale software systems, or porting ideas to well engineered code.
